Client description

Just Travel is a luxury travel agency that specializes in providing bespoke travel experiences to discerning clients. With a focus on creating unique and memorable journeys, it offers personalized service and attention to detail that sets it apart from other travel agencies. From exotic destinations to exclusive accommodations, Just Travel caters to the needs and preferences of each client, ensuring that every trip is tailored to their specific interests and desires. Just Travel is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and quality to its clients.

Problem
Just Travel does not have a website, which is a significant gap in their online presence. This lack of a website limits their ability to showcase their services and offerings, and makes it difficult for potential customers to find and learn about the company. Additionally, it makes it challenging for Just Travel to reach new customers and compete with other luxury travel agencies that have a strong online presence.
Solution
Design a website for Just Travel that will showcase their services and offerings, and provide potential customers with a seamless experience to learn about the company. It will reflect the luxury and exclusivity of the brand, with a focus on high-quality visuals and user experience. It will be responsive and will feature an easy-to-use navigation menu, providing users with quick access to the most important sections of the website. The website will also include a contact form, allowing to easily get in touch with Just Travel to learn more about their services or to book a trip.

Research

I conducted extensive research to gain a deep understanding of the company, its customers, and the competitive landscape.

I conducted user interviews with a diverse group of individuals who have used luxury travel agencies in the past. These interviews helped me understand the pain points, needs, and desires of luxury travel customers. I created empathy maps to visualize the user's feelings, thoughts, and behaviors when interacting with luxury travel agencies. To create a user-centered design for the website, I developed user personas that represented the different types of users. These personas were based on insights gained from the user interviews and empathy maps, and helped me design a website that met the needs of each user group.

Competitive audit helped me identify best practices, design trends, and areas of opportunity that could be incorporated into the design of the website.

To test the usability of the website, I conducted ausability study with a group of individuals. It helped me identify areas where the website could be improved to provide a better user experience.

Overall, the research process provided valuable insights that informed the design of the website. The user-centered approach ensured that the website met the needs and desires of customers, while the competitive audit and usability study helped create a website that was both visually appealing and easy to use.
